Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with high-risk clients, individuals with personality disorders and people with complex mental health histories. Rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck while building practical tools to manage emotions, tolerate distress, and create a life worth living. I show up with my most authentic self which I believe allows my clients to do the same. My practice is for those who want to create meaningful change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct yet warm, combining genuine connection with practical tools for change. I specialize in DBT and eating disorders, drawing from other modalities as well including CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and somatic integration.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and began building a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable to be your truest self. I begin therapy "with the end in mind" which means I want to understand from the beginning what you're working towards. Together, we'll develop a clear direction while making sure you feel heard and understood along the way.
