Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with young adults and those navigating big life transitions. I specialize in anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, trauma, and identity exploration. I especially enjoy working with first-generation college students, survivors of abuse, and individuals in recovery. I bring warmth, humor, and realness to our work together.

My approach to therapy

My style is authentic, collaborative, and strengths-based. I tailor each session to meet you where you are. I use a mix of approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Choice Theory to help you heal, understand yourself better, and make aligned decisions.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered. We’ll explore what’s been holding you back, reconnect with your strengths, and create a path forward that feels clear and doable—one step at a time.
