Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

Sometimes the hardest part of change isn’t what happened. It’s figuring out how to live with what comes next. I work with adults and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, and life changes that have left them feeling overwhelmed or unlike themselves. Whether you’re adjusting to a loss, a changing relationship, a new stage of life, or simply struggling to cope, therapy can be a place to make sense of what you’re feeling and find your footing again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll explore what’s making this season difficult, understand the thoughts and emotions underneath it, and identify healthier ways to cope. I draw from CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you build on your strengths and feel more confident moving forward.

What you can expect from me

You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Our first session is a chance to talk about what’s changed, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’d like to feel different. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable while working toward practical ways to help you adjust, cope, and feel more like yourself again.
