Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Emily! I am a queer and neurodivergent therapist & clinical supervisor who is passionate about harnessing the power of relationship to promote healing. I love working with fellow therapists, deep feelers, overwhelmed caregivers, people-pleasers, HSPs, and individuals with ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, trauma-informed approach rooted in IFS, psychodynamic therapy, attachment/inner child healing, and somatic awareness (gentle mind-body connection). I practice from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive lens and pay careful attention to the power dynamics that exist within the therapy space. While therapy can be deep and painful at times, there is also space for joy, humor, and celebration along the way!

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy is a collaborative process between the therapist and individual. We will work together to create specific goals that allow us to work toward the outcomes YOU want for yourself. I hope to empower you to trust in yourself, feel worthy to take up space, and allow your voice to be heard. Together, we will create an environment of trust and safety that allows you to be fully yourself - without judgement or shame. ALL of you is welcome here, and I will always see you as a human first and client second. If this sounds like it could be the right fit, I would love to hear from you!
