Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across school, community, and clinical settings. On a personal level, I’m also a mom and military spouse, experiences that have given me an appreciation for the complexities of balancing relationships, family, career, transitions, and the many roles we carry.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and work through the things that have become difficult to manage on your own. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each individual rather than one-size-fits-all.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I’ll take time to understand you as a whole person, not just the concerns that brought you to therapy. We’ll explore your current challenges, relevant experiences, strengths, and what you hope to gain from treatment. I prioritize building a genuine therapeutic relationship and creating a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and understood.
