Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Emily! As a therapist, I’m dedicated to creating a supportive, nurturing, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I’m here to help you discover your strengths and build a more fulfilling and satisfying life. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back and work towards meaningful, lasting change. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk this path with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach first and foremost is person centered. No two people are alike, so it is important to meet people where they are and come alongside them. My hope is to support, uplift, and empower those I serve on their therapeutic journey, helping people to learn, grow, and develop into who they want to be.

What you can expect from me

During our sessions, it is important that you feel safe, understood and validated. I find that people really want to be seen and feel heard. But, it is also important that our time together is meaningful and productive, making steps, large or small toward your goals. I also think we want change and growth. That it is important that being challenged and encouraged to step just a bit outside where we would take ourselves, that is where the growth occurs.
