I’m a warm and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor who uses a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore life’s challenges—whether you’re working through a specific experience or focusing on maintaining your mental well-being.
I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to reflect on the deeper meaning of life and safely explore feelings like fear, happiness, loneliness, and love. Because therapy is not one-size-fits-all, I tailor each session to your individual needs.
