Great to meet you!

If you're a woman feeling stretched thin by the relationships in your life — a partner, your family, the demands of parenting — you don't have to sort through it alone. I help women navigate relationship stress, anxiety, grief, and the harder seasons of life: losing someone you love, adjusting to a health condition, or facing a change you didn't choose. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work from Azusa Pacific University, and my goal in every session is simple: you leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more capable than when you arrived.

My approach to therapy

Healing is never a straight line, and I won't pretend it should be. We start by building a relationship where you feel genuinely safe — because that's what makes the deeper work possible. From there, we find what actually works for you: practical tools from CBT to quiet anxious thinking, mindfulness to steady you in hard moments, and strengths-based work that honors your values instead of overriding them. You set the direction; I bring the map-reading.

What you can expect from me

Mostly, relief. Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation — you share what's brought you here at whatever pace feels right, and I'll ask questions to understand your world. There's nothing to prepare and no way to do it wrong. By the end, we'll have a shared sense of what you want from this, and if it feels like a fit, we'll map out where to go together.
