My approach to therapy

In my practice, I specialize in working with women 18+. I utilize a combination of therapeutic models that I have found to be effective in helping clients make meaningful changes in their lives. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
