If you are depressed or anxious, I can offer proven coping skills to help reduce symptoms so you can manage life more effectively. This will help you better navigate lifes ups and downs with more bounce and resilience by using practical evidence-based tools and strategies between sessions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to work to help you feel happier & less stressed, improve your relationships, and manage life transitions. I've provided psychotherapy for 20 years, and trained at NYU, Harvard Medical School and UC Berkeley (PhD & MA).
