Great to meet you!

I am a fully licensed clinical mental health therapist with just over six years of experience. I have experience from multiple settings such as individual and group therapy, inpatient, and addiction support from ages 15 to 65. Therapy with me is compassionate, curious, and collaborative. My special interests include religious trauma/high control groups, codependency, and kink. I deconstructed from religion in 2020. While I attended a religious graduate program, our therapy space will be free from any external agendas besides yours.

My approach to therapy

My belief is that growth happens with a balance of understanding the past while taking steps forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe exploring emotions, gaining practical skills, and challenging patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you're working through trauma, struggling with relationships, or seeking to build healthier boundaries, I tailor your therapy to meet your unique needs. I use a multidisciplinary approach of combining DBT and CBT models with Brainspotting and mindfulness to support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session starts with a story. Together, we get to explore themes and events in your life that you would like to address in therapy. Once we get through the initial assessment, we work together on identifying goals so we can see if therapy is helpful for you. Goals change as you grow and I am here to walk with you every step!
