Great to meet you!

I support mothers and families through the tender, transformative perinatal period. My approach is warm, grounding, and empowering. Through our work together, you can exhale, feel seen, and reconnect with your strength. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, birth, postpartum shifts, anxiety, identity changes, or the overwhelming mix of emotions that can come with new parenthood, you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll develop a gentle, compassionate relationship through which to process, heal, and grow.

My approach to therapy

In addition to being a clinical social worker, I am also a DONA-certified doula and specialize in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). This blend of clinical expertise and hands-on perinatal support allows me to offer care that is both emotionally grounded and deeply informed by the realities of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.

What you can expect from me

The beginning of our work will be focused on building a relationship, identifying your goals, and designing how to achieve them. Support is here — let's work together.
