Great to meet you!

Over the last 10 years I've helped teens and adults navigate life's challenges while building greater purpose and confidence. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and Clinical Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS).

My hope is to create a supportive space to process change, navigate relationship challenges, and gain clarity about what matters most to you. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen communication and boundaries, and build the confidence to make decisions that align with your values and intuition.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your goals. I'll help you identify and challenge unhelpful thought and behavior patterns while building practical skills to manage anxiety and strengthen self-trust. Together, we'll also explore how past experiences shape your current struggles to create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session together, you can expect me to ask questions to get to know you, understand your story, and begin identifying what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll create space for you to share your experiences while offering warmth, validation, and support along the way. By the end of our session, my hope is that you feel seen, understood, and empowered to take one small step toward greater wholeness before we meet again.
