Hi there! I am a licensed clinical social worker based out of Tallahassee, FL. I graduated with my MSW from Florida State University in 2017. I previously worked as a first responder victim advocate working with victims of violent crime and a grief and loss counselor at a local area hospice. I have a passion for helping clients navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives. I would be honored to help you, too!
I primarily use a CBT and strengths-based approach while working with clients. I am not afraid to challenge clients thinking in a supportive and productive way. I specialize in grief and loss, trauma, first responder stress management and life transitions.
I strive to provide an environment where my clients are comfortable enough to share vulnerabilities. I also help clients hone in on what they wish to work on in therapy. I use a collaborative approach between myself and my client.
