Great to meet you!

Asking for help is one of the most challenging steps towards making meaningful changes in our lives. Often we feel that our problems are “not bad enough” or that “others have had it worse,” which prevent us from reaching out to others for support when we need it the most. This could not be further from the truth. Everyone deserves and is worthy of receiving support. I believe that no two individuals' experiences are the same and therefore neither are our therapeutic and healing journeys.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with Trauma/Abuse, Women’s Issues, Life Transitions, Anxiety, and Depression through a Trauma-Informed and Empowerment-Based approach that is tailored to each Client’s individual needs. Together we will move through processing your needs as a team in a judgment-free environment to help you achieve the meaningful change you desire.

What you can expect from me

Life can be demanding, frustrating, and tiring. Life can also be unique, experiential, and beautiful. Whether you are healing from abuse or a traumatic experience, struggling with feeling anxious or depressed, or moving through a life transition, it is important to allow ourselves the space to acknowledge both realities of life can be true. Together, we will create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore all aspects of yourself with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity.
