Great to meet you!

Hello! You’ve made it. You’ve taken the first step to start or restart therapy and you should feel proud to have made it this far. As your therapist I will provide you with a safe space to express yourself, including the good, the bad, and everything in between. I want you to know that you are not alone.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a mental health counselor, I strive to apply psychological theories and techniques in a digestible and realistic way to each person that I partner with. Everyone brings with them their own history, challenges and desired outcomes that deserve an individualized approach. I have a wealth of experience helping adults, teens and couples.

What you can expect from our first session

I emphasize starting with achieving small goals that result in long term stability. As we work towards your goals, we will respect a realistic timeline to define and create a safe space. By working together, using honest and clear communication, I believe we can develop an individualized definition of well-being.
