Emily Hoch is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Level I IFS-trained therapist who supports adults navigating complex relational trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, codependency and spiritual/religious concerns. Her therapeutic style is ethical, holistic, and heart centered. She deeply values and respects each client’s lived experience. She believes healing happens through compassionate exploration of inner experiences and helping clients reconnect with their natural capacity for growth and vitality. Emily earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2013 and offers both in-person and telehealth sessions.

My approach to therapy

I'm a therapist who believes in the transformative healing power and potential of the human spirit. I'm passionate & experienced in working with those impacted by anxiety, depression, relational trauma, especially trauma has shaped feelings of worthlessness & shame. My hope is to support you in transforming those experiences into self compassion, self confidence, & a renewed connection to your inner spark.
