Great to meet you!

After learning a great deal in my own healing journey, I made a commitment to become a therapist, helping others in the same way I was.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I graduated from USC with a Masters degree in social work.

I have worked three years at an Intensive Outpatient Program facilitating group therapy and case management. I have worked in the last year at two different detox programs helping addicts recover and get coping skills to help their recovery stick. I also spent a year as mental health technician at a women's trauma center residential facility, and a year as a Survivor Advocate at a facility dedicated to helping those who have been abused or assaulted.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy sessions is to allow a safe, comfortable environment for us to work together making whatever improvements in your perceptions or emotional healing you may want to.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will include figuring out your goals, making an initial treatment plan, building rapport, and getting to know a little of your history.
