Great to meet you!

I'm passionate about creating a safe & supportive space for individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being by utilizing my genuine self, humor & a client-centered approach. In my work, I focus on children, teens & families.

I believe each person's journey is unique & I am dedicated to tailoring my therapeutic approach to meet the needs of my clients. I am here to provide a compassionate & non-judgmental space for healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I prefer to use a genuine approach with my clients, to build a strong therapeutic alliance allowing for trusting space to tackle the most difficult parts of therapy. I believe a person-centered approach, rather than a problem-centered approach allows us to build upon the strengths you already possess, allowing for positive change across multiple areas of life.

What you can expect from me

My goal for each session is for my clients to walk away feeling empowered & motivated, with a belief in themselves that they are capable of making the changes they desire.
