Great to meet you!

I have been a social worker for 2 decades and have experience in foster care and adoption, trauma, developmental disabilities, and family systems conflict. I’ve provided both clinical support and psycho-education around a multitude of diagnoses to the individuals and families that I’ve counseled. At various times in life, everyone needs support, and I genuinely enjoy working with individuals as they identify their strengths and build the skills needed to manage and overcome challenge

My approach to therapy

Through a collaborative process, we will explore the factors contributing to your decision to seek support and to increase insight and effective coping strategies. I use a variety of approaches, including CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and sensory input strategies, to develop treatment that is responsive to each client’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

I build rapport through a combination of specific and open ended questions using a conversation style approach. Establishing client comfort is a priority of mine.
