Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My background includes work in residential and outpatient substance use and trauma treatment settings, providing care to adults and families with diverse needs. I have advanced training in trauma-focused modalities, including EMDR. My approach is collaborative, compassionate and grounded in safety.

Therapy with me is not about trying to “fix” you. Instead, the focus is on deepening your understanding of yourself, strengthening the ways you cope with challenges, and helping you reconnect with your ability to make intentional choices in your life. When working with trauma in particular, I prioritize moving at a pace that feels safe, honoring consent, and supporting regulation of the nervous system.

I care deeply about helping clients recognize and understand the patterns that shape their experiences while also learning practical strategies they can apply in everyday situations. I bring authenticity, curiosity, and humor into the work when it feels helpful, and I aim to create an environment where clients feel respected, supported, and free to show up as their real selves—even when things feel complicated, overwhelming, or unclear.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate and trauma-informed. I integrate EMDR, somatic skills and evidence-based strategies and I bring a culturally competent lens to the work honoring backgrounds, identities and experiences that shape you are.
