Great to meet you!

When life throws curveballs, I know how challenging it can be to navigate the pain, stress, & uncertainty of life moving forward. Taking that first step to seek help can be scary, but I'm glad you're here! I'm dedicated to supporting individuals 16 years and older through the challenges of grief and trauma. I also help those struggling with anxiety, depression, hair-pulling, skin-picking, compassion fatigue/burnout, and general life stress and life improvement. I also run a Grief Support Group.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, blending evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and biofeedback with eastern practices, such as mindfulness and self-compassion. My practice is distinct in its incorporation of spirituality and soul-connection, guiding you toward reconnecting with your true self. When you connect to your true self, you can achieve optimal healing and design the life you desire.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients describe me as warm, safe, & accountable. I create an environment where you feel secure sharing your story. I'll first ask you lots of questions so I can understand the full context of your concerns, including your unique values, experiences, & identities. We'll then work together to create a treatment plan to meet your goals. You'll be actively engaged in treatment, implementing what you learn into your life. Though the work can be difficult, I'll gently challenge you & cheer you on!
