Great to meet you!

You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Maybe your mind never seems to slow down, you second-guess every decision, or you've been carrying stress for so long that it feels normal. A medical diagnosis, major life transition, or unexpected change may have left you feeling like you don't recognize yourself anymore. I work with adults and older teens (17+) who want to better understand themselves, manage anxiety, and build a life that feels more balanced, confident, and authentic. As a transplant and medical social worker, I've supported people through chronic illness, grief, uncertainty, and major life changes. That experience shapes my approach with compassion, curiosity, and an understanding of how emotional and physical health are deeply connected.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process where we'll explore what's keeping you stuck while building practical tools you can use in everyday life. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood, challenged, and empowered to make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on what brought you in and what life has been feeling like recently. There’s no pressure to have everything clearly defined...we’ll talk through it together! We’ll explore your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. I’ll also answer any questions you have about therapy and what working together would look like.

By the end of the session, you should leave with a clearer sense of direction and whether this feels like the right fit.
