Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) and have been working in the counseling field since 2012. I specialize in perinatal population (from thinking about family building until about 1 year postpartum), anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions and parents of children who have been given a diagnosis of developmental and intellectual disabilities. I am currently accepting new clients and offer virtual appointments for individual counseling for adults. Please note, I do not currently see couples or children.

My approach to therapy

The therapeutic modalities I draw upon include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (including Trauma-Focused CBT and adapted CBT for neurodiverse communities), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Feminist Theory (aims to understand the nature of gender inequality and acknowledges systems of oppression that impact us all).

What you can expect from me

A sense of empowerment, feeling seen/heard, increased confidence and having more tools to navigate life.
