Great to meet you!

Hello, I am Emily Kidwell and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Texas. In addition to private practice, I have experience working in inpatient and outpatient psychiatrist settings. I enjoy reading, coffee, spending time with friends, family, and my golden retriever.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is not a one size fits all approach and my goal is to meet you where you are on your journey. We will work together to develop a plan that will best support your goals and growth.

What you can expect from me

When we meet for therapy we will work on building a trusting relationship. I will listen attentively, offer guidance, and help you recognize your own strengths. I believe everyone should be treated with respect and dignity. I understand how overwhelming it can feel reaching out and I’m proud of the courage you have for taking this step. Thank you for allowing me to be apart of your journey.
