Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical therapist with over 20 years of working with children, teens, and young adults in a community mental health setting. Working with teens and transitional age youth are my passion as it can be a period of stress but also significant growth. Having the right supports and skills during this time is so important for a healthy adulthood.I have years of experience using CBT, DBT and other evidence based modalities to treat Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, and Trauma in children, adolescents, and young adults.

My approach to therapy

I work hard to create a safe and supportive environment for young people to express their feelings and learn helpful skills to cope with daily challenges. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client's unique needs and goals. I use creativity, humor and a strengths based approach to encourage positive change.

What you can expect from me

I am available for a brief phone assessment to discuss your needs, goals, and if I might be a good fit for you or your child.
