Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to keep up in a world that wasn’t designed with their nervous system or brain in mind. My role is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can better understand yourself, build practical skills, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

My approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness practices, CBT- and DBT-based approaches, with an emphasis on values, self-compassion, and meaningful connection to community and the natural world. Rather than focusing on "fixing" symptoms, I emphasize self-compassion, values, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if working together feels like a good fit. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping to get out of it. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences. We'll also review logistics like confidentiality and therapy structure. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself.
