Great to meet you!

I have experience working with populations across age, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, social background, and presenting mental health concerns. I believe everyone deserves access to mental health support.

My primary focus and speciality is working with the perinatal population (before, during, and after pregnancy) and also includes fertility issues, parenting, relationship changes, other reproductive challenges, menopause, and general maternal mental health.

My approach to therapy

The main focus of my approach is creating safety for my clients. We know that the relationship between therapist and client is the biggest predictor of successful therapeutic outcomes. My education and training was founded in understanding human development and the mind-body connection. These are key things I bring into my practice to support a holistic approach to mental health care.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to take away feelings of affirmation and clarity. I like to end my sessions by having clients choose an intention to focus on between sessions as well!
