Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, dedicated to helping individuals from all walks of life. I specialize in providing compassionate and effective treatment to those who are struggling with emotional, psychological, or mental health issues. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for my clients, free of judgement and stigma. My approach to counseling emphasizes understanding my clients’ unique needs, and working together to create a plan that is tailored to each individual.

My approach to therapy

I provide an integrative approach to help my clients reach their goals. My counseling services are tailored to each individual to reach the best outcome. I am an experienced clinician with specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.

What you can expect from me

Goals should be individualistic and empowering. Each person's needs and experiences are unique, so it's important to tailor goals to their specific situation. By setting achievable goals that are relevant to the client's life and values, they are more likely to be invested in the process and feel a sense of ownership over their progress. Ultimately, therapy should be a collaborative process where the client feels heard and supported in achieving their goal
