Great to meet you!

As a social worker, I have had the opportunity to work with many diverse individuals to include those in the military, students, professionals, and patients navigating the healthcare system. I received my masters degree and doctorate through Simmons University and have worked in private practice, the federal government, and as an adjunct instructor at Missouri State University. My areas of specialty include trauma focused care, PTSD, obsessive compulsive behavior, and exploring identity and sexuality.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is that of a collaborative relationship; you are the expert of yourself, I will be there to provide evidence based treatment that will fit your needs specifically.

What you can expect from me

Think of our first session as a “get to know each other” session. I will complete a full assessment of your current stressors, needs, and future goals. We will collaborate on a treatment plan and I will present to you evidence based treatment options to fit your specific needs.
