Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Emily. I'm a licensed therapist with experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. My background includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of therapeutic settings.

I believe therapy should be a collaborative, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My approach is compassionate, person-centered, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, I strive to help you build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative, and I work to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard without judgment.

Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work toward goals that feel meaningful to you. I tailor my approach to each person because no two clients, or their experiences, are exactly alike.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for me to learn about you, not just the current challenges you're facing, but also your strengths, values, and goals. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope will be different in your life, and any questions you have about the process.

I strive to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can be yourself. There is no pressure to share everything right away. By the end of our first session, we'll have a better understanding of what you're looking for from therapy and begin creating a plan to help you move toward those goals. My hope is that you'll leave feeling supported, understood, and confident that you don't have to navigate things alone.
