Great to meet you!

In a world full of constant change, unpredictable environments, and societal expectations of being "always on the go"- stability is vital. I help facilitate this stability by helping to strengthen relationships. No matter how you identify or relationship type, I am here to support the growth in your relationship. In addition, I offer a unique experience and insight to working with queer and neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families. I strive to offer a safe and inclusive space for you and your loved ones.

My approach to therapy

For many neurodivergent and/or queer individuals, working on their own self-acceptance and needs is already a full-time job; as a result, relationships can suffer. I strive to help individuals find the language to set boundaries and to advocate for themselves, communicate their needs and have a healthy, supportive relationship of any kind.

What you can expect from me

As a Level 2 Trained Gottman Method therapist, I work with couples to strengthen their relationships by focusing on building friendship, managing conflict, and creating shared meaning. Using Gottman Method principals, we can work to enhance your communication, deepen your connection, and learn to navigate challenges more effectively.
