Great to meet you!

Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with can make all the difference. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with adults in outpatient settings, children and adolescents in schools, and families and parents in their homes. These experiences have given me an understanding of how relationships, family, work, parenting, and everyday stress can impact our well-being. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wilmington University. My goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what’s going on

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relaxed, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a genuine conversation where you can be yourself without judgment. I take the time to understand what works for you while also offering feedback, different perspectives, and practical strategies you can use outside of sessions. Together, we’ll work toward helping you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll go through some background and intake information, but I like to keep it comfortable and conversational rather than overly formal. We’ll talk about what’s currently going on in your life and what you hope to get out of therapy. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and figuring out what you’d like our work to look like moving forward.
