Great to meet you!

Are you navigating open relationships, polyamory, or kink and finding that the emotional terrain is more challenging than expected? Jealousy, miscommunication, insecurity, and disconnection don’t mean your relationship structure is wrong—they mean you’re human, trying to navigate dynamics that most people were never taught how to understand or communicate through.

Whether you’re newly exploring non-monogamy, restructuring an existing relationship, or trying to better understand what you truly want, therapy can help you move from confusion to clarity. Together, we can explore patterns, communication styles, boundaries, attachment dynamics, and emotional needs in a space that is affirming, nonjudgmental, and sex-positive.

You deserve relationships that feel intentional, values-aligned, and genuinely fulfilling—not just in theory, but in practice. My goal is to help you build stronger communication, deeper self-awareness, and healthier connections that support the kind of relationships and life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through a systemic lens, meaning we explore both your thought patterns and the relational dynamics that may be shaping them. My approach is direct, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping you build greater emotional awareness, communication skills, and understanding of the patterns that impact your relationships and overall well-being.

I specialize in working with nontraditional relationship dynamics and sexual health, and I strive to create an affirming space where you can show up fully as yourself. You won’t need to explain or justify your lifestyle here—my goal is to provide a supportive environment where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to explore what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a relaxed yet structured conversation designed to help us understand what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping for from therapy. We’ll explore your current challenges, relevant history, and relationship patterns, while beginning to identify the areas that feel most important to focus on. You don’t need to have the “right words” or everything figured out—I’ll help guide the process in a supportive and approachable way.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood from the very beginning. By the end of the session, you can expect to leave with greater clarity, a clearer sense of direction, and hope for the healing and growth ahead.
