Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm just your neighborly therapist. You know, the one who believes everybody should be in therapy, even herself! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that serves Tennessee residents. We all come from families and most are messy but the majority of my clients are individuals.

My approach to therapy

Laid back and inquisitive. Challenging when needed. Honest and direct.

"Clear is kind." -Brene Brown

What you can expect from me

It will be an adventure. Healing is not linear- it's filled with ups and downs and I want to walk alongside you as you dig into this messy life. It won't always feel fun or warm & cozy but it will be rewarding. I believe vulnerability is the greatest gift in life and we get to practice that together.

“The courage to be vulnerable is not about winning or losing, it's about the courage to show up when you can't predict or control the outcome." - Brene Brown
