Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting children, teens, and adults. I especially enjoy working with adults who are navigating anxiety, grief, relationship changes, self-esteem, or major life transition. I'm naturally curious about people, enjoy creativity, and spending time in nature.

My approach to therapy

I hope to create a comfortable, collaborative space where you can be yourself. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care, while also incorporating imagery, creative activities, and experiential techniques when they feel like a good fit. Sometimes talking through something isn't enough, and exploring it in a different way helps things stick. My goal is to help you understand yourself better, trust yourself more, and feel more confident about where you're headed.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on getting to know each other and getting a sense of what you're hoping for from therapy. We'll talk about what's been going on, what you've tried before, and what you'd like to be different. From there, we can start identifying some goals and figuring out what support will be most helpful. You don't need to have everything figured out before you come. I'm happy to start wherever you are!
