Great to meet you!

I earned my undergraduate degree from Baylor University and my Master's from UT Tyler. I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, low self-worth, and the pressure to meet everyone else's expectations while neglecting their own needs. Many of my clients appear to have things together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected on the inside.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn't about having the "right" answers! It's about understanding what's getting in your way and finding strategies that actually fit your life. I'll help you identify patterns that keep you feeling stuck, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop practical skills you can use outside of session. My style is thoughtful, honest, and collaborative, with room for both reflection and real-life problem-solving.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is focused on understanding where you are now, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping will be different. Together, we'll identify goals that matter to you and create a plan that feels realistic not overwhelming. My hope is that each session leaves you with greater clarity, a new perspective, or something practical to carry into the week ahead.
