Great to meet you!

People often come to therapy when life feels out of control and overwhelming. In those moments, I offer a safe space to slow down and work through what is going on. I help teens and young adults untangle overwhelming thoughts and build coping skills that fit real life. My clinical experience includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem. My goal is to help my clients leave each session feeling heard and equipped with tools they can actually use.

My approach to therapy

My approach can change, depending on the needs of the people I see. I like to use a combination of therapeutic approaches, tailoring them to my clients' needs. I mostly use evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT to help establish lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session can be intimidating for a lot of people, but I prioritize building the therapeutic relationship. It is important to have a good dynamic with the therapist you choose to meet with, which is why we take things at your pace. Working with me, you can expect to set achievable goals, have a safe place to process difficult emotions and experiences, and receive accountability and encouragement every step of the way.
