Great to meet you!

People tend to find me to work on anxiety, depression, substance misuse, trauma and interpersonal/relationship issues. I really love the work I do, whether you are brand new to therapy or returning for more, I view therapy as collaborative. I'm an avid reader and love sharing a laugh when needed or appropriate.

My approach to therapy

Do you worry all the time? Perhaps you struggle to find self confidence or a positive relationship with yourself, you may also feel depressed or without joy. Your self defeating thoughts may be debilitating. Perhaps your relationships suffer. You aren't feeling like your authentic self and it takes a toll on your mental health. As your therapist I can help you think differently about yourself and others in order to improve your confidence.

My practice is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and confidential space where we can work together toward healing and personal growth. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to guide treatment. During the therapeutic process I will help improve your coping skills where needed and other times will simply provide you with a judgment free space for you to explore self acceptance and your authentic self.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an intake when we are expanding on what is bringing you to therapy, getting to know you and your history and discussing what you want to get out of our time together.
