Great to meet you!

I believe everyone operates with a unique set of strengths and challenges. There often comes a time in life when we're overwhelmed by the responsibilities we carry. That's where I believe therapy can help us have a better understanding of ourselves and the world around us. My background includes over ten years of experience helping people living with chronic health issues, depression, anxiety, and caregiving challenges. While my professional career has been in healthcare, my personal experience includes the roller coaster that is parenting and life transitions. I completed my graduate education at Columbia University and I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Symptom-Focused Therapy, and Functional Family Therapy.

My approach to therapy

Using your personal strengths and experience, we'll partner to discover the tools that will make you feel successful. My goal is to foster an environment in which you feel comfortable and supported while also challenged to grow.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll talk about who you are and what's important to you. We'll discuss why you've chosen therapy and what you hope to gain from the experience. Your strengths will provide the foundation for healing and growth.
