Great to meet you!

I’m a real person first and a therapist second. That means I value honesty, authenticity, and creating a space where you never have to pretend you’re doing better than you are. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, grieving, anxious, or simply trying to figure out what’s next, we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the life you want to build.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. Because let’s be real, none of us have it all figured out. Therapy isn’t about being perfect; it’s about being honest, curious, and willing to take the next step. I’ll meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other. I'll learn more about your mental health history, assess for any immediate risks, and work with you to set a clear scope for treatment. Together, we'll identify your strengths, review emergency procedures and resources, and go over expectations for our work together, creating a safe and structured space to start making meaningful change.
