
I knew early in life that I wanted to be a therapist and that desire never wavered. I'm a private practice owner and licensed therapist who supports adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I’ve been in the field for 7+ years and specialize in relationship issues, ADHD, and trauma work, including EMDR. **my current availability for individual therapy is biweekly Monday-Thursday between 10am-3pm. I am at capacity for couples work (as of 6/18/26).

My approach is collaborative, practical, and rooted in understanding your identify and experiences rather than “fixing” who you are. I help clients slow down, explore emotions safely, and understand patterns that might be keeping them stagnant.
