Great to meet you!

As a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with more than 12 years of diverse clinical experience, I am committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals navigating a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, panic disorders, substance use disorders, eating disorders, cultural and ethnic issues, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where patients feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is evidence based, integrative and culturally sensitive, with a strong emphasis on building a therapeutic alliance. I listen attentively to my patients’ needs and develop personalized care plans that honor their unique experiences. I believe in patient-centered care that prioritizes respect, dignity, and empowerment. Additionally, I am passionate about wellness and integrative medicine striving to treat the whole person—not just the condition.

What you can expect from me

The goal of each session is to empower and encourage my client, supporting them in maintaining a positive outlook and a sense of control over their mental well-being, while fostering progress in managing their mental health challenges.”
