Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience, and I truly love the work I do. I bring my own long-term recovery experience, a sense of humor, and a lot of compassion into the therapy room so you don’t have to show up “perfect” to be welcomed. My goal is to create a steady, real, and human space where you can talk honestly about what’s going on and feel supported, not judged.

My approach to therapy

I do my best to approach every interaction from a place of nonjudgment and deep respect for your right to make your own choices. I pay close attention to your strengths and look for creative ways to use them in our work together. I’m also direct and honest in my feedback—kind, but straightforward—so you can get clear about what’s helping, what’s not, and where you’d like to go next.

What you can expect from me

I’m a “map-based” person. I believe the maps we were given in childhood—our early core beliefs—shape a lot of our current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In our first session, we’ll start getting to know your maps: where they came from, how they’ve helped you, and where they might be getting in the way now. From there, we’ll begin to redraw those maps together so your life feels more aligned with who you really are and how you want to live.
