Great to meet you!

I earned my master’s degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Azusa Pacific University. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have experience working with individuals, children, and families, navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Throughout my career, I have worked with survivors of domestic violence, supporting individuals as they navigated the emotional impact of abuse and other difficult experiences. This work shaped my trauma informed approach and strengthened my passion for helping individuals feel safe, heard, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what you are experiencing, while also being encouraged to grow. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on authenticity, compassion, and curiosity. I support individuals in exploring their experiences, recognizing patterns, and gently challenging what may be getting in the way. I draw from CBT, Gestalt, and Narrative Therapy to meet each person’s unique needs because I believe there is no one path to healing.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are navigating a difficult transition, working through past experiences, struggling with self-worth, or simply feeling stuck, you do not have to navigate it alone. Together, we can explore what matters most to you, build greater self-understanding, and develop tools to help you move forward with confidence and clarity. My goal is to support you in creating meaningful change while staying connected to who you are.
