Great to meet you!

As a LMFT, I believe prioritizing mental health and a compassionate relationship with yourself is key to happiness and stability in life. I have worked in the therapeutic field in the Bay Area since 2016. I have worked primarily with families, children, teens, and young adults aged 5-30 years to support in addressing and healing symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have also worked as a program supervisor and manager, supporting other therapists in advancing and enhancing their therapeutic abilities.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassionate, and judgment-free to support you in rediscovering the connection between your mind and body through mental health counseling that honors your whole self.

Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I believe that the client is the driver of their life and I am in the passenger seat next to you, holding a map and helping to guide you to your goal destination. I’ll be there to listen to you and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that fosters building trust and allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. In our first session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
