Great to meet you!

You’re juggling it all, but inside, it feels like the wheels are spinning & you can’t slow down. The more you push, the more disconnected, anxious, or on edge you feel.

I see you and I get it! I became a counselor because I know what it’s like to be capable, driven, and still feel like the wheels are spinning. My background as an educator fuels my belief that emotional well-being is something you can learn, practice, and strengthen—just like any other skill. Many of the women I work with are used to tackling challenges head-on, but when stress, anxiety, or relationship struggles show up, the go-to strategies stop working. In our sessions, we’ll slow the spin, untangle what’s heavy, and build tools you can actually use in real life—so you can feel grounded, connected, and capable again, without burning yourself out.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you.

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build skills you can use in the real world—not just insights you forget once you leave the session. Together, we’ll slow the mental spin, untangle what’s been weighing on you, and reconnect with what actually matters to you. I won’t just nod and listen; I’ll offer tools, perspective, and gentle challenges to help you create small, meaningful shifts that open big doors over time.

What you can expect from me

You’ll leave with more than just insight—you’ll have practical, real-life skills you can lean on long after our sessions end. Together, we’ll build ways to quiet the mental noise, feel more grounded, and navigate challenges with clarity and self-trust. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s creating a steadier sense of peace that lasts.
