Specializes in

Anxiety, Depression, and Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, social anxiety, family/relationship conflict, and low self-esteem. I was blessed to have had pivotal people in my life who helped me learn ways to navigate life during my own struggles and encouraged me to become who I am today. I now pay it forward by helping teens and adults learn skills and self-acceptance to help navigate their own life challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based and solution-focused. I believe that you are the author of your own story, and I love to empower my clients to take control of their anxiety, depression, or other symptoms that are holding them back from living the life that they want.

What you can expect from our first session

In therapy with me, you can expect unconditional positive regard, and a safe place to explore things you are struggling with, along with some energetic encouragement and humor to remind you that you are capable of so very much!
