Great to meet you!

I am a highly trained, licensed Clinical Psychologist by the California Board of Psychology (License 33962) and the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners (License 4225), and have been working in private practice and group settings for over 15 yeras.

My approach to therapy

My psychotherapeutic approach is based upon the trusting, supportive, and challenging relationships that I build with my clients. I am committed to truly understanding each unique individual as they gain greater emotional awareness, confidence, and self-acceptance.

What you can expect from me

My work focuses on being fully present with you, not lost in thought or theory. We will examine what brought you to therapy in the first place. Our interactions will involve the exploration of your relationship with yourself, others, and the relationship that develops between us. We will tap into your capacity to detach from fixed views of yourself and others, and to engage in new ways of thinking, being, and functioning.
