Great to meet you!

You don’t have to navigate difficult seasons alone. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, chronic health concerns, or a major life transition, therapy can be a space to feel understood and reconnect with yourself. I work with adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to our work and believe you deserve a space where you can be fully yourself without judgment. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and create meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, and develop tools that support the life you want to build. I draw from CBT, ACT, EMDR, trauma-focused approaches, narrative therapy, and strength-based therapy. Whether we’re working through grief, trauma, anxiety, identity, relationships, chronic health concerns, or stress, I’ll tailor our work to your individual needs, experiences, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down and begin telling your story in a space that feels safe and comfortable. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope will feel different over time. You don’t need to know exactly what you need or have the right words to explain everything. I’ll meet you where you are, answer your questions, and work with you to create a direction for therapy that feels meaningful and manageable.
